Makeup Rates:

(travel costs of .40/mile to be added for travel over 30 miles from Indy)

I am currently located in Indianapolis, IN

(non-refundable retainer MAY be required for makeup bookings and WILL be required at time of booking for body paint and wedding makeup)

Basic Beauty/Glam

Clients - $70

  -- with basic hair-styling - $115

Men's Grooming - $60

Photo shoots/Editorial

Basic Beauty/Glam - $95 (can include natural makeup and a glam makeup look, additional/creative looks would be more)

 -- with basic hair-styling - $150

Wedding Makeup - Bride $110, trial $70

Bridesmaid - $80

Creative Full Face Makeup/Paint - starting at $100

Full Body Paint which includes face makeup or paint - starting at $150

   (this would be for a 2-3 hour body paint) 

*please note starting at prices will depend on project and look desired.

Makeup Lesson - starting at $50 for 1 hour individual lesson or group lesson of 5 people for $180 for 1 hour session, pricing for these sessions is for beauty makeup application, please contact for rates for body painting lessons. (makeup lessons also available via Skype starting at $40 for 1 hour individual lesson)

General Rates for Commercial Shoots

  FILM - TV - VIDEO

(all offers will be considered) 

Day rate - $500 (8 hours)

                - $550 (10 hours)

                - $600 (12 hours)

Half Day rate - starting at $275

 Day rate 
A full day rate will be charged if needed on call for the whole day. A day rate consists of eight consecutive hours, with lunch break. Half day or full day rates to be determined at time of booking

 

Trade For work
I will do TFP depending on the project, model, and photographer.

PLEASE READ PRIOR TO BOOKING

After scheduling your appointment, you will receive a PayPal request at the E-mail Address you provide for the non-refundable retainer requested.

You will typically have 24 Hours to pay the requested amount in order to secure your appointment. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the requested date.

(Unless prior alternative agreement has been discussed and agreed upon)

By paying the specified retainer, you also agree to knowledge of the following:​

  • You should arrive with a clean, product-free face. If prior eyelash application can be AVOIDED, please Do. (Eyelash extensions are acceptable)

  • If skin sensitivity is an issue please feel free to bring your own personal items (e.g. foundation, mascara, lip color). Bringing your own items does not change or discount the price of the service.

  • All brushes and makeup products are kept sanitary and are sanitized between every makeup application. Any skin condition should be reported by the client to the makeup artist prior to application and, if need be, a sample test of makeup may be performed on the skin to test reaction. Client(s) agree to release the makeup artist, Rachel Madison, Rachel Madison Beauty, from liability for any skin complications due to allergic reactions.

*Late Fee: Arrival 15 minutes AFTER scheduled appointment time is assessed a $10 Non-Refundable fee*

*Arrival 30 minutes AFTER scheduled appointment time COULD result in services being cancelled by the artist*

LIABILITY/ COVID-19 GUIDELINES:

In view of the unique circumstances presented by the COVID-19 pandemic, Rachel Madison Beauty has adopted the guidelines below and procedures to be followed by anyone who is receiving makeup/hair services. I acknowledge these Guidelines (and any updated versions that are provided to me) and agree to be abide by them, as well as any other guidelines or requirements that are put in place by the federal, state, or local governments at all times when I am working with Rachel Madison. In the event that I take any action that violates the Guidelines or the Government Requirements, I agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Rachel Madison Beauty from and against all losses, liabilities, expenses, damages, claims, demands and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and court costs, relating to or arising from my failure to abide by the Guidelines or the Government Requirements.

While Rachel Madison Beauty had adopted the Guidelines in an effort to keep the client involved in the project/shoot safe, I acknowledge that no set of guidelines or procedures will guarantee that I avoid contracting COVID-19. Moreover, I acknowledge that I am choosing to work on said project/shoots that will involve coming in contact with numerous different people and I accept any risks associated therewith. To that end, I (on my own behalf and on behalf of my personal representatives, heirs, successors, and assigns) expressly and irrevocably release Rachel Madison Beauty from and against any and all claims which I now have or may have in the future for any COVID-19-related injury or illness that may result from my work with Rachel Madison or other work with Rachel Madison.

Clients must notify Rachel Madison immediately if they are ill or have a compromised immune system prior to any consultations, trials, or appointment bookings. Being ill will NOT result in loss of deposit.

 

  • PPE may be worn for duration of person-to-person contact

  • Space makeup stations apart from each other if possible

  • Use only sanitized and disinfected brushes for each client/actor, no double dipping or reusing for multiple clients

  • Mix all foundation, powders, lipstick, etc. on a disposable or metal disinfected palette for each individual

  • Clean hairbrushes, combs, makeup tools, etc. with appropriate disinfecting solutions

  • Kit will include multiples of disposable applicators for each client, thrown away after used

  • Client/actor may be able to wear a mask while having their eyes or hair done

  • Face shield may be worn by makeup artist or hair stylist

  • If client/actor is wearing a mask, only remove when it is essential

  • Once made up, client/actor may consider face shield (as opposed to mask) in order to not disturb the completed makeup

  • Makeup artist or hair stylist may place and remove face shield for the client/actor (if client/actor prefers)

  • Artist and client/actor will frequently use both hand sanitizer and wash hands thoroughly throughout appointment
